Claire Aristides is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Coach, Speaker and founder of the Mindology app. After completing a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Claire entered the business world working in IT, then launching successful fine jewellery brand Aristides Fine Jewels.

Hypnosis has had a significant impact in both the business and personal aspect of Claire’s life and it is this passion for hypnosis that she shares with her clients.

“Hypnosis and self-hypnosis have been part of my life one way or another for almost 20 years, and it is something I have come back to at different times in my life. It is an extremely powerful tool that I feel has ‘created’ miracles for me personally.”

Lucky for me a good friend of mine warned me about the ‘Day 4 Hormone Drop ‘…  it might of been a few days before going into labour and she said something along the lines of “You know around day 4 after you have given birth, don’t be worried if you find yourself on the bathroom floor sobbing uncontrollably – it’s completely normal!”
