Kiindred Meet & Greet Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter Information:

   The promoter is Kiindred Pty Ltd (ABN: 85 608 952 558), located at 5/151 Foveaux St, Surry Hills, 2010..

2. Eligibility:

   Entry is open to NSW residents who fill out the sign-up form located at https://kiindred.co/lego-duplo-the-playroom/competition. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, as well as associated agencies and companies, are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period:

   Entries for the Wahroonga Park meet and greet will open at 7 PM on Monday, 10th of March 2025, and close at 7 PM on Tuesday, 11th of March 2025. Entries for the Perryman Square meet and greet will open at 7 PM on Monday, 10th of March 2025, and close at 7 PM on Wednesday, 12th of March 2025.

4. How to Enter:

   To enter, participants must complete the sign-up form available at the provided URL during the competition period. Entrants must provide valid contact information to be eligible for the prize.

5. Prizes:

   Two winners will be selected; each winner will receive a personal meet and greet with Ms Moni. The first winner will meet Ms Moni at Wahroonga Park on 12th of March 2025, and the second winner will meet her at Perryman Square on 13th of March 2025.

6. Winner Selection:

   Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place at the promoter’s premises on the closing day of each entry period.

7. Winner Notification:

   Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during entry on the night before their respective meet and greet.

8. Prize Conditions:

   Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.

9. Personal Information:

   By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the promoter’s database and the promoter may use this information for future promotion and marketing purposes.
   

10. Limitation of Liability:

    The promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize.

11.  General:

    The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
