Trail mix – 4 ways
Trail mix is an easy snack to prep in advance and have on hand for when the hunger strikes! We've put together four different trail mix recipes, so no matter your flavour preference, there’s one to tempt your taste buds.
Ingredients
½ cup (80g) pineapple, frozen
½ cup (80g) mango, frozen
1 large ripe banana, frozen
¼ cup (35g) macadamias
¼ tsp fresh grated turmeric or ground turmeric
Pinch ginger
1 ½ cups (375ml) coconut milk
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Tip
Serve immediately, store in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freeze for up to 4 months.
