You’ll learn how to run, how to prioritise yourself, and how to actually carve out a small fraction of your day for yourself .
After Turia had kids she found that finding time to work towards a goal that was just her own, became really difficult. She found that after she started running, she would come home happier, with more energy and in turn – a better mum, partner, friend and boss.
That is why she created Run with Turia, so that other mums, whether they are a total beginner or a seasoned cardio expert, can use running as a way to take care of themselves.
