Bathtime is the perfect way to kick off your baby’s daily skincare routine. It can be a great way to calm your baby after a busy day (and often can be a good distraction as that witching sets kicks in!) and also a great signal that night – and bedtime – is near.

When in the bath, we are typically thinking about cleaning our babies, but we also need to be careful that we are moisturising our babies skin in this process. Their fresh, sensitive skin can easily become dried out (especially if their skin type is on the dryer side of the spectrum) through the repeated washing, or in winter.

So, when cleaning their skin, make sure to use products that are moisturising their skin, while cleansing it in order to prevent dry skin and irritation.

Mustela’s nourishing Cleansing oil is perfect for bath time. It foams up with lots of fun bubbles, which baby will love, but also has a bunch of hydrating ingredients like avocado and natural glycerins which leave a protecting film over their soft skin.
