Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Kiindred Pty Ltd (ABN 85 608 952 558), located at 41 Tasman St, Bondi, Sydney NSW 2026.
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
   The competition opens at 8:00PM AEST on 3/8/2026 and closes at 5:00PM AEST on 17/8/2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:
   • Follow @kiindred_official, @cuboai_australia and @grotime on Instagram.
   • Like the official competition post published on the Kiindred Instagram account.
   • Tag a friend in the comments of the competition post. Each unique comment tagging one friend counts as one entry.
   • For one bonus entry, share the competition post to your Instagram Story and tag @kiindred_official.
5. Game of Chance
   This is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received.
6. Prize
   The winner will receive:
   • Grotime Kingsley Bundle including a Cot, Chest and Mattress (RRP AUD$3,127).
   • CuboAi Sleep Safety Bundle including the CuboAi Smart Baby Monitor 3 and Sleep Sensor Pad (RRP AUD$699).

   Total prize value: AUD$3,826.00

   The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected via a random draw at 1:00PM AEST on 20/8/2026 at the Promoter's office. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or the contact details provided and may be announced on Kiindred's Instagram account.
8. Unclaimed Prize
   If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
9. Data Collection
   By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that their Instagram handle and any information required to administer the competition may be shared with the prize partners for the purpose of prize fulfilment only. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants completely release Instagram from any liability associated with this promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the competition or prize.

    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if required due to unforeseen circumstances. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
