Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Kiindred Pty Ltd (ABN 85 608 952 558), located at 41 Tasman Street, Bondi, NSW, 2026.
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
   The competition opens at 8PM AEDT on 28/10/2026 and closes at 5PM AEDT on 10/11/2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:
   • Submit a valid email address via the official competition entry form on kiindred.co during the competition period.
   • Follow @kiindred_official and @sohls.co on Instagram and like the competition post.
   • Agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
5. Game of Chance
   This is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received.
6. Prize
   The winner will receive:
   • 1 x sohls® Gift Card valued at AUD$300.

   Total prize value: AUD$300.00.

   The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary. The gift card is subject to the prize provider's applicable terms and conditions.

7. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected via a random draw at 1PM AEDT on 12/11/2026 at the Promoter's office. The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days and their name may be published on kiindred.co and/or Kiindred's social media platforms.
8. Unclaimed Prize
   If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner.
9. Data Collection
   By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from both the Promoter and the prize provider. Personal information provided as part of the entry process will be shared with the prize provider for the purpose of administering the giveaway and may be used for marketing in accordance with their privacy policy. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the competition or prize.
11. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if required due to unforeseen circumstances. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
